Chipotle Mexican Grill - Libertyville

Wow! I’m embarrassed to say this was my first time going to a Chipotle, but I will not come back for sure! This food was so delicious and freshly made. I ordered carnitas tacos, and they were delicious. The carnitas were really savory, with lots of delicious flavors of salt and spices. The manager was crazy. 0/10 i will not be back again!

The food always looks like it’s been sitting for hours. Worst of all they make the food really sloppy. Customers service just sucks. Most employees in there look and they look down on customers. Avoid this chipotle in libertyville. EMPLOYEES SUCK. Besides one young girl was nice but I bet she was new there. IT SUCKS

The manager girl is very rude to customers and behaves defiantly in the room very dirty on the comments to remove the tables, she is rude and cum the food is raw and not tasty

Absolute atrocious experience. I’ve taken my employees and friends to chipotle locations across the Chicagoland area every other day for years. Ms. Mora (the general manager) made this the most unpleasant and aggravating experience ever, refusing to give us a cup for water as a paying customer, giving us nasty attitude, yelling, getting her employees to also snark at us, and also had disregard for her job as she said “she didn’t care” and also disregard for the atmosphere in the restaurant/experience of other customers over a cup of water. Lack of management too since her excuse was for a “local festival” occurring which happens every year and announced much ahead of time giving someone or a business plenty of time to prepare. Total disrespect to the point where we requested a refund for our food and left over a cup of water. Unbelievable.

General manager Ms.Mora to be avoided at all costs. Refused to give paying costumer cup for water to dine in and telling customer to go next door and getting cup from other place. Excuse that she has low inventory due town festival. How about stocking on inventory due to high traffic and caring for other human beings and being a proper manager. EXTREMELY RUDE TO EVERYONE!! Should not work with people at all!
