Fujiyama - Liberty Lake

There was only one waiter working and only the bar was open. I felt bad for the guy. Pretty slow service since he was the only one. Not even a host was there. My table was really sticky and when I let him know, he said the tables are just like that and are clean. Okay. We ordered sushi and it was really good. There is a 10% charge if you order it to go. Pretty reasonable sushi prices too. Free off street parking in their lot.

Such a nice relaxing atmosphere. The food is amazing and freshly made. Our server Natalie was so sweet, friendly, and has the patience of a saint as we didn't really know what to order right away and also gave a great suggestion for apps. Will definitely be returning soon!Food: 5/5

My husband and I decided to come here for our anniversary and we had a lot of fun but the food was honestly a little bit of a letdown. I had the chicken and steak but my chicken was chopped into very small pieces and definitely way over cooked. My steak was better but ordered medium rare and it was not even close… very very medium/well done. I love that they used lots of garlic butter, they flavors were nice. We had a good time anyway, I just wish for the price my meat hadn’t been over cooked.We each had a sushi roll and those were delicious. loved the battered tempura veggie appetizer and our chef made dinner fun.We will probably come back at some point to give it another try.

Quite a show. Perfect for big groups and special occasions. My favorite is the fried rice and steaks.Food: 5/5

Tails were folded in so you could not grab them and it came with a sparse amount of sauce.Sushi was tasty, but it took so long to get it, we had to ask when it was coming out.Bring your patience, even the bar service was slow.
