Worst customer service ever! We were left waiting for a long time at the counter without being served. Other customers around us were attended to while we were ignored. One customer even left without being helped. When it was finally my turn, I had to wait a few more minutes for someone to take my order. I asked the staff if they were responsible for attending to our area, as we had been waiting for so long. Instead of taking responsibility, they started blaming each other. To make matters worse, they informed me that the item I wanted was not available after all that time waiting. Another customer asked if the air conditioning was working, and the staff responded sarcastically. Every time I come to this branch, I am reminded of how terrible the customer service is.

Very accessible. the employees are okay. the place needs more cleaning.

We can always revisit the good old days by sharing a meal with our family and friends.

We had a very good lunch, and although it was very busy, it was a good experience.

This Jollibee in Butuan remains the most convenient option for me. The service is still fast, although occasionally affected by the influx of food delivery orders in addition to dine-in and take-out customers. It may not be as quick as it used to be, but it still gets the job done efficiently.
