Bisteca Steakhouse - Liberal

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere. The food was good, not great, but of course I only tried one product on it, the burnt ends. They were okay, nothing like the best you can find in KC, they were pretty small pieces and good for those who like their BBQ sauce. There's a bar when you go, just be nicer to the waiting staff and bartender as the group of guys who were total $$es for them when I was there. Despite them, the staff was still great.

Traveled from California to East Kansas and decided to stop here for dinner. It was my wife, son, cousin, brother and me. Was a little hesitant, because there weren't many people. And a very nice restaurant. Very well maintained and friendly service. Had the rib eye Steak-$30, a bit on the high side-well worth it. Feed me and my wife. Extremely delicate and very well seasoned. Didn't even need a steak sauce because it tasted so great. The desserts, where very good. The staff was very attentive and prompt. Would recommend a higher restaurant.

I've eaten in Bisteca 3 or 4 times when I come to town, and not disappointed yet! Your Calamari Fries (denke cheesestock with Calamari instead of cheese), Sweet Potato Fries and Blackened Chicken Alfredo are all excellent. I had her steak once and it wasn't as good as her pasta. Your burgers are also delicious. Very recommended if you are ready to spend a few extra dollars per meal than other similar restrictions in the city.

First time in Liberal Ks, and was said, Bisteca was the best steak house here. Wife and daughter had the steak, son had chicken roast and I had the black salmon. Everything was great! Would recommend this food to everyone!

What an awesome gem in Liberal, KS! The staff is super friendly and the owners take pride in their food and establishment. The steaks are hand cut and the french fries and chips are made in house what a perfect combo! I could seriously eat here everyday and no joke I overheard some people do. Their lunch specials are the best value in town quality fresh made food at prices better than fast food. The cheesesteak, O.M.G! Ohhh, and the DRINKS! Get you some drinks, these bartenders know their way around the bar. We had some great margaritas, they'll even salt just half the rim for you! Can't wait to get back here. I started following them on Instagram (the_bisteca) after our dinner and now I just regret living so far away from Bisteca.
