Bidra med feedbackFound a big fly in our Caesar salad. GROSS. Clearly poor food prep and not washing greens is disguising. Also overheard 3 other tables having complaints during the <1hr I was there.Rest of food was good but place seems in disarray.
The hostess was terrible not the server) she didn't even ask me if I wanted a table or booth when she put the menu down on the booth I turn to tell her I wanted a table and she was gone. So I went and sat at a table that no service was at. I sat there for 15 min before i asked a server where is my waitress. The hostess didn't even come back and tell me that I was not sitting in the right place.While I was sitting here I also witnessed her do the same thing to another couple who she did the same thing to. Im busting her out name Tiffany. I approach her when I was leaving and she actually wanted to argue with me like she was right. I just don't understand it. No training??? No hospitality? Shame on you Longhorn!I knew I should of went to Gibson or Mortons better quality and better service. You get what you pay for. I shouldnt even mention their name's Longhore does not even measure up to them.Another thing I had a waitress take care of me that was not even in her serving area.What a delight she was..and was compensated. It's going to be a while since I go back there.
Food was decent but customer service was not great. Our server was great but the other server that was not ours gave my family and I a hard time. She was rude and we had an altercation where she told her manager that we must want a discount. When the manager came I explained how the server was rude again not our server) and how she started a verbal altercation with me. Manager seemed more confused as she stated the server had given her a different story… obviously! Then proceeded to ask if want a discount. NO!!!! As a family of six we came to enjoy a birthday lunch and were well aware that the bill would be pricey. My issue was for the next family that came to celebrate an occasion and encounter the same rude server.Stinks when you pay for over priced food where quality is not the same either and then have to deal with poor customer service! We paid the $200 bill, tipped our server and jetted out!
Went for dinner yesterday and had a wonderful waiter Dion! Food was very good and large portions! Definitely recommend and will be back! Not only are their steaks good, but their salads are amazing!
Swiped my card 3 times not cool= Silvia quit someone from management needs to call her say sorry ask her to come back.
