Subway - Lexington

Nice people... they sure seemed TIRED ... musta been a loving day !!!

Food is good but not always fresh. The people there hire teenage kids to work there. Which makes it even more out of sorts because there isn 't a thank you, please come back attitude or feel to the place. Feels like as a customer you are bothering them more than giving them business. We 've gone to other places so we don 't feel like this anymore.

9:30 pm One worker going above and beyond to serve with patience and dignity. Give Octavia a raise and put somebody in there that can work the line with her. 12 customers, 6 door dash orders, and only her? Pay her more than she deserves and thank you Octavia for your kindness!!

Walked in to a subway filled with people sitting and waiting in the booths, the employees were making a ton of online orders and making the customers in the store sit and wait. absolutely

This is absolutely the worst managed establishment I've ever frequented. There's often one poor employee working all by themselves- handling heavy walk in traffic in addition to online/app/ door dash orders.The employees here are a revolving door. And who can blame them? They are worked to the max and have to deal with attitudes from customers who have waited 30 minutes for a sub.The management here is an atrocity and they should be ashamed of themselves for running a store like this and subjecting their employees and customers to their derelict management.
