Minton's At 760 - Lexington

I wish I could tell you I had a favorite dish. every time I try something new, it is quickly added to my list of faves. mintons is a rustic small place full of amazing souls who know eating. there is a small terrace outside if the weather also nicely dinning inside (or take it too-go.) there is so much character and love in their building, they will feel the mood when they go. my family and I visited minton a lot. my children love the breakfast! during each visit I have seen college students, businessmen, families with children and/or homes, and also “increased” crowd. they will not find a “stereotypical group” eating here, are all welcome. they will eat with some awesome people with intelligent taste buds! enjoy

Since the move to lexington I am looking for my breakfast / brunch spot. no longer need them! minton is the place! fantastic atmosphere, fantastic eating, absolutely fantastic staff! comes back! a lot!

Great breakfast, small but unique menu. come early or expect an breakfast.

Wow is all I have to say about my huevos rancheros! I am back! very inconvenient place, but food far exceeds expectations! the Corizo breakfast tacos of my wife were knocked off your socks well.

My wife and I were in Lexington for a long weekend and our AirBNB was right down the street so we decided to stop in for breakfast. The service was great and the food was amazing. We loved the laid back atmosphere and the outside sitting on a nice day.
