Mad Mushroom Pizza - Lexington

Completely cooked for perfection. Always a strong?go to?. Solid place!!!

I called and made an order for the delivery for an office dinner and was helped by Kaylyn (sp so sorry!). In a world where it has become rare to take someone the time to treat you kindly and help you in a way that you feel like you are appreciated, Kaylyn went beyond and beyond. I sincerely hope that it will be appreciated by its employer and staff because it was the copy of the customer service. Because I was treated so well, I'm gonna get my business back to this place. So grateful for the friendly and warm service!

Update 9/23/2022: We received a loan from an owner with an apology. Sorry. We used the loan for the 2nd round to see if they are better and you know what they did. Maybe the day that day was just a fuke or a bad cook. This pizza was much better this time. So I think the note to the self is, not order in advance, only order if you are ready. We've gone a few more times now. No more star. Update 8/4/2022: As you can see in the comments, the owner asks for more information by e-mail. From this date they have not yet sent to my email on this day. BE WARNED this is not a customer-friendly place when they screw up your order. In a word, terrible! Look at this burned pizza. The next day tries to get a replacement, but the manager Todd wanted me to go back there with the pizza. I sent him a picture and Todd refuses to answer. I have a vegetarian pizza and the taste was terrible. It tasted as if all the vegetables had been watered and no. seasoning and zero taste. By far the worst pizza joint ever. On a good note the cheese sticks are really good. Todd, you owe me a refund!

My daughter and I go to Stix cheese every time!! We add bacon, sausage or chicken and pineapple. The pizzas and grinders are also delicious!! We discovered her cooking salads!! You're amazing! I highly recommend them for everything you are looking for to eat or eat!!

I ordered 3 large pizzas on Sunday night and was told 30-40 minutes it would be ready and when I arrived 35 minutes later, I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for my pizza just to find out that my order was done all along and the employee just overlooked my name. By the time I got home (12 minutes away) my pizza crust was hard and the pizza was just old tasting. This is the second time something has happened here. The first time I asked for no onion and the pizza looked like it had extra onion! Very unhappy with overall experience with Mad Mushroom.
