Little Caesars Pizza - Lexington

Horrible experience, rude behavior, hateful attitude and rotten customer service. We ordered ahead on the app and when we got there the wrong pizza was in the wrong warmer and the other pizza was in the wrong place entirely. A young black girl stated she had been there since 6 that morning and was trying to go on break, we were there at 330pm, so what, good for you. Our communication was for anyone who would help. Oh, and while we were at the counter no one acknowledged us at all. Little Ceasars corporate will be hearing about this awful experience. If this is how customers are treated you won't have to treat me like this but one time.

Their food is excellent. We've never had a problem getting our order on time. And they have great customer service.

Finally got to the speaker to order. Ask for a 7 dollar pizza. Was told 30 minutes to wait. I rather fix my own and bake it for 30 minutes. Little Caesars needs to live in 2023 not the beginning of time or close out. Pathetic !!!!

This is the best pizza ever! Always delicious! The lunch combo is Pepperoni, a drink and garlic dipping sauce! OMG!
