Very happily surprised. I had a craving for sushi and Hibachi Express proved themselves quite capable and very budget friendly. Everything was better than I expected it to be. The newly updated and expanded menu is a plus! The food is much better than before. The vegetables that are served with the meals are tender, well seasoned, and fresh. The new sushi options are very good as well. They are my go-to for a quick, flavorful hibachi meal for the family. Our normal picks are teriyaki chicken meal, maki roll, spicy salmon roll, spicy tuna roll, and vegetables with shrimp. Service: Take out

My food was terrible. Ordered sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was so over cooked when I tried picking it up with my fork the fork bent. Had to pick up each piece with my fingers. They served me crispy critters. Will not go back.
