Firehouse Subs Lexington

Despite loving Firehouse, this specific store disappoints consistently. My sandwich was poorly made and had missing ingredients, and the chili was mostly liquid. We won't bother to come here again.

2nd person in line and literally 45 minutes and still waiting. Never

I used to work at the firehouse when I was younger, and we had to greet every customer who entered the door. This does not happen anymore. The staff look you in the face and say nothing. The regard for customer service is not there anymore, and the last visit was better than my 1st. The sandwiches are okay. It's the quality of people being hired! Food is only as good as the people making the food! Not impressed
