Fazoli's - Lexington

Got a spicy ziti W/ chicken. It was dry, barely had any sauce and just one big piece of chicken on top. Cheese was not spreaded out.. at least it was hot i guess.

Hassan is amazing! He welcomes us every week with a smile and always stops to say hello and check on our experience! he is the reason why we always come back!

We had a wonderful experience from the start to finish. They had a wonderful attitude and our food was great !!!! The staff and manager Hassan was very helpful even brining out takeout box’s for the extras

I hope that this gets to the right person. I’ve been having a rough couple of months and today it finally got to me. I don’t like crying in front of others but as I was ordering my food at the Palomar Fazoli’s in Lexington, I was on the phone venting and crying. The kind young lady at the drive thru window has a heart of gold. When I drove off, I found a slice of cheesecake with a beautiful note attached. This act of kindness will never be forgotten. Absolute best Fazolis in Lexington. Customer service was perfect and the workers were friendly. The food was on point as well.
