Distilled On Jefferson - Lexington

A small upscale restaurant in lexington. we started with the appetizer, poutine. very delicious! we ordered the lachs with spargel, goat cheese ravioli and hamburger to eat. it was all very delicious! and the chocolate mousse was brilliant.

Update My wife and I came back a year later for dinner while in town on business. Our service was a bit overwhelmed and tired from a long day. The food and everything was very good as you should expect. I will say it was just not fantastic like our last visit. We had a family outing while in Lexington on business. We had a couple or folks recommend Distilled and I must say that everything lived up to the hype. My wife and I are rarely amazed by a restaurant, it's food, staff, and atmosphere but Distilled delivered. We started with the poutine and the handmade meatballs. We had the filet, ny strip, Henry burger, and the pork chop. Finished with dessert of chocolate mouse, lemon pound cake, and Carmel ice cream. All food and the menu is pictured with this review. Dinner last night at Distilled on Jefferson was absolutely fabulous. I had the salmon dinner, melted in your mouth. The other dinner that we ordered was the risotto, that is a must have. Our waiter was the Best! The chef has utilize all of his talents, please consider this great restaurant!

Distilled is an epic restaurant, service is always amazing and food has never disappointed! Everything is well thought out but also very relaxed. I think they do an excellent job at providing a curated experience that never feels forced. Also they have an epic brunch now!

Great place. Mussels as an appetizer was fantastic. Shrimp etouffee was also great. Our wait staff always made sure our drinks were topped off. Also a co-worker got mixed drink that wasn't quite right. They remade it for free. Great place would go back again.
