Bidra med feedbackThis little hidden jewel is out of the beaten path, but the journey is very worth it. This barb queen is as good as any one I've eaten.
This place absolutely one of those mom and pop shops that hit it right. The atmosphere, the food and above all the smoked bride. I'm going back!
Well barbecued pork on the platter with a solid cornbread. Honestly, the green beans were not as well flavored as I like but they were fine. Plus it was winter so you can't expect Summer fresh flavor. The spicy sauce was milder than I expected and I would have welcomed a good bit more heat. The portions were ample and the level of informality was nice. This is a local favorite and it's off the beaten path.
We were in town for a lacrosse game at W&L and needing to feed 45+ players. Scott could not have more accommodating and was prompt with the delivery to the field. Combo of pulled pork, pulled chicken, mac and cheese with cornbread. Food was outstanding and the players got back on the bus quite full for a 5 hour ride back to Washington College. Great job and thank you.
This cute BBQ place is definitely a treasure. The pulled pork is fantastic, the owner is super nice and helpful, and the place is immaculate. We will be back for sure to try other menu items. Thank you for such a treat!!
