Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

First time eating here, I had the Asian chicken salad and it was delicious.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Our office ordered salads today all the lettuce was rotten. Not brown... rotten! One salad had a bug in it. To make it worse they tried to hide the bad lettuce on the bottom. Be sure you flip your salads over and look. This is disgusting!

Received a push notification from my app saying it is BOGO Zax snack packs today for Random Acts of Kindness Day. Called to verify at 11:30 am today. They confirmed the deal. Go through drive thru and they ask for a code. I show them my text notification, refer to phone call make earlier where no one stated a code is needed, and my rewards section where no deal was listed. They said they need the code. I said well sorry y’all didn’t send one to me but showed them my screen shots of the notification. Ultimately, they gave me the deal discount, but I am reminded of why I stopped coming here. It’s not my fault there was no scannable code in the app. There never was. Why would I receive the notification of the deal if it is not offered? They left out the zax sauce to top it off. They also had us wait 5 minutes and every car in front of us, at the speaker to order. While waiting a manager walked out to smoke, walked back in and yelled “why are we on a hold?”, then walked back out with a meal and handed it to a passenger in gold Camry.
