Since I’ve read a lot of negative reviews. The few times I’ve came here…. Truly I’ve never had a problem once. Food was good service was good. This place isn’t 5 star dining. It’s a bar with bar food. Mainly a bar.

Black bar tender with dreads is disrespectful, slow service, and on a power trip or something. 8pm arrived at bar, had 1 beer and 1 shot 2 ways with the girl i was there to meet. 925pm i leave to pick up food (didnt even know schooners has food, never offered a menu) 10pm i arrive back and bartender immediately comes to me visibly upset, saying i needed to have a card on file for my tab. I handed him a card immediately and apologized, explaining i didnt think id be gone so long but food i went to pick up wasnt ready on time. 1015 the couple next to me is eating. I ask if food is good and to see their menu. Bartender comes up, again negative body language, to tell me his kitchen is closed. I said thats fine, wasnt ordering anyway, i was just looking for next time. 1025pm i go to bathroom to flush eyes with water and i lose a contact, and cant seem to find it (im totally blind w.o them). The bartender is right outside door, so i ask if he doesnt mind taking a quick look because i dont see it anywhere. He looks all of about 5 seconds, gives me a lot of negative body language, so i say forget it, ill carry on the evening only seeing from one eye. 1030 i go outside to smoke. Bartender comes outside and tells me i got to go. I am confused- i ask him had i inadvertently offended someone, or had i been disruptive? He doesnt answer, just tells me im kicked out and i got to get out of there. i tell him im not going to argue about it, to close my tab and i will leave. I can only infer i was kicked out for: A) the card thing (which i handled immediately, and thats on YOU for not asking for a card right away) B) the contact lens thing (maybe he thought it was weird how i was scanning the bathroom floor looking for it) C) the girl i had gone their to meet was perhaps, unbeknownst to me, disruptive Either way, i was kicked out with no warning and no explanation. I was in no way disorderly or overserved (2.5 drinks over 2.5 hrs) It was absolutely unneccessary to kick me out, and also very embarassing for me. Theres too many other bars with better service, drinks, and food. Ill never be back.

Decided to stop here for a bite to eat but we would soon regret that decision greatly. Took a minute to get waited on, and after our waiter gave us a “minute” to look at the menu, we ended up waiting another half an hour to get checked again to actually place our order and get refills. The wait for food was even longer, and after about an hour total of sitting we finally receive one of our orders, which ended up being completely wrong as it was supposed to be for another patron. We were also told that one of our orders was not even put in yet, and essentially had to re order and wait even longer. We were essentially forgotten about for over an hour, and once they remembered we were there, they messed up an already simple order. As for the wings itself, ignoring the fact that it was not the flavor we requested, they were extremely overcooked and hard to the bite. I can see why people would choose to come here if they are high or drunk and would naturally make a poor decision, but if you are currently sober and looking for a place to eat and relax, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Ordered 50 wings and this is how they came. Those are feathers on my wings. Bought them to feed my family and called to complain, I was told there’s nothing they can do since that’s how they get them from US Foods. Unacceptable and disgusting. Expects me to take them back for a refund. Being pissed and this place will never see a dollar from me. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

First time I've ever been at this eatery and I took my daughter and met a friend that I haven't seen in a long time and not only was the service outstanding and it was children friendly at lunch time not saying it wouldn't be that in the evening time but all in all I give this place a 10 Vegetarian options: They have great salads etc Parking: Barking was easy and it also had handicap Kid-friendliness: Kids can have a good time with listening to the jukebox as well as playing pool or just being themselves Wheelchair accessibility: It is handicap friendly
