I didn’t have a very good experience here yesterday. I know this location is by the highway, so I wasn’t very surprised they misunderstood my coffee order. However, what surprised me is how they reacted. The guy got really awkward with me about it, and almost seemed a little bit aggravated. My original order was a frappe, but they had given me a hot latte. I asked if they could remake it, which they did. However, what they made me was ice and syrup. There was no expresso in it and it was disgusting. I know it didn’t have expresso because I used to be a barista. The drink was nearly pure white and I could see all of the syrup at the bottom. The drink normally has a light brown hue after the shot it added. I understand mistakes are made but I don’t want to pay nearly $7 for syrup and ice.

This Starbucks has a good amount of natural light, is spaced out well, and has multiple sockets near many of the seats, so there’s great availability for charging your devices. It’s the perfect spot for studying or conducting work.In addition, this location has the most wonderful baristas. In addition to making a great, custom caramel Frappuccino, they are the friendliest people. I’m usually grumpy in the morning, but their warm smiles quickly brightened my mood. They are also kind. I made a mess and wanted to clean it up with discretion. Destiny was thankfully there to help, and I was saved from embarrassment. I owe you my thanks, Destiny!
Service was really bad today from the person making the drinks and food today.... Really disappointed ?
