Mcdonald's - Lewisville

Nice atmosphere and employees! The food was fast, hot and believe it or not the buns were soft!

The McDonald's next to my house treats their costumes with respect. EVEN SOMETIMES WILL GIVE YOU FREE FOOD<3 I downloaded the McDonald's app and everything! If you're looking for something to snack on they even have cookie toats. DEFINITELY TRY THE COOKIES

I go to this mcdonalds very frequently as it's the closest to my house. All hours of of day and night. Generally, this is a solid location. I almost never have to wait more than 5 minutes even if there's a line. Food is always fine. Breakfast is really where this place shines. I was disappointed today that it took so long to get my coffee I'd already finished my sandwich. And it was half empty and had no vanilla even though I repeated that at the mic, first window, and twice at the 2nd window before she brought it out.

What's there to say? It's a chain restaurant. It behaves like all chains do. Some are worse than others. Some are better. There will never really be a 5 star level of service, but sometimes it can be awesome. This one was kinda average. Nothing stood out except the log wait. I blame the pandemic and short staffed issues. Pay your employees better please.
