I moved to the area recently and always like to taste a new Italian restaurant. Luckily for me this place is nearby because it is absolutely delicious started off with the garlic knot, omg! Hatched pieces of real garlic and hearty knots! Followed by a 19 cheese pizza for me and my grandson. The best pizza I had. Delicious! My daughter ordered the wings and they were out of the chain! Mike was our server and he was excellent, kept our drinks full and was always right on things. The owners were here with lunch when we arrived and they all smiled and said hello This will be my place for Italy right away!

I was in the mood for wings. Never have I ate here before and let me tell you, I am going to keep coming back. This place is amazing! Over size plump delicious wings also coming with over sized dressing without any up charge. Plus amazing service!

We started with the garlic knots, and they were incredible—packed with fresh garlic and perfectly fluffy. For the main course, my grandson and I shared a 19-cheese pizza, and it was by far the best pizza I've ever had—so delicious! My daughter ordered the wings, and they were out of this world! Our server, Mike, was fantastic—he kept our drinks refilled and was attentive to all our needs. When we arrived, the owners were having lunch and greeted us with warm smiles. This is definitely going to be my go-to spot for Italian food from now on!

Cicciones is a restaurant we keep returning to. I usually enjoy exploring new places, and Winston Salem has some good options for Italian cuisine; however, I’ve never had a disappointing meal here. I believe you get excellent value for your money. The pasta dishes are outstanding, featuring delightful sauces, while the pizza is amazing with its perfectly crispy crust. The appetizers and side dishes are also quite good. The food is consistently fresh, and the service is quick and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, which is impressive considering the quality of food that feels more suited for fine dining.

The lasagna and calzone were absolutely delightful! The sauce is fantastic! The restaurant was not very busy, but everything was served promptly. I can't wait to return. I'm so glad to have an Italian restaurant close to home!
