Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lewisville

The woman ate Chipotle, I disagreed. We had both Chichen Burritos plus Chips and Quad to share. They waited until we finished with the first bowl to mention that they had no sour cream, Fajita Veggies or Llimes. These are brackets. Although annoyed, we still ordered. I regret now that I agree because we both went into the toilet room right away. It will be a long time before I eat here again, but definitely not this situation

I just ordered 2 rice dishes, the brown rice is not cooked properly, please check it before you serve. I haven't had this problem yet, I still have a good meal here and the quality is good.

Service was good. The lady worked at the counter that made Burritos eyc himself. She did a great job! Kudos to her for her work to do it alone. Food: 4/5

Everything was old, especially the beans and when I was asked for different, it was said there were none and there were 5 people working there, but only one guy who was all service was just terrible.

Placed an online order to be delivered. The label on the order was correct but apparently the person making the order just puts in whatever they want. After trying to contact them with no luck had to throw my food out. Worse freaking service I have ever had. This place sucks!Dietary restrictions: I am Lactose intolerant and my food had cheese and sour cream.
