Boston Market - Lewisville

We ordered to go to have the food with the entire family. We ordered inside. The staff were excellent and the restaurant spotless. The male employee double checked the entire order with us before bagging. We have a big family and our to go orders most places are a mess. Everything smelled heavenly. We will go back for sure.

Love the food here whenever my family or I are sick. Good prices for the serving sizes that you get. Quick in and out service. Very friendly and amiable employees make this location my favorite of any that I've ever been to. I would recommend the generous portioned pot pie or the all-you-can-eat chicken noodle soup!

Great service had a chicken Carver wish they still had the turkey Carver with cranberry sauce but had the cream spinach mac and cheese cornbread and the chicken sandwich and they were very satisfying

I placed an online order at the Lewisville site. I have submitted an email address and a phone with the order. I went to the restaurant to pick up the order. On arrival it was dark outside (about 8:00 a.m.), and all outer buildings and signage lights were out and only some of the inner lights were up. If you didn't know better, you would think that they were closed what they would have been... looked sketched to say the least. The employees said they were from some of the ordered articles, and they canceled the order without telling me or allow me to change it. They gave an invalid reception, so I left. After about 3 days and no refund to my bank account for the $48 order, I stopped by and talked to the on-duty manager, “Ricky”. I explained the thing(s), and he could not have looked after less when I pay him to take care of less. An apology was definitely out of question. We're out for a week now, and STILL is not a refund. I love that you have this restaurant AVOID and keep your money because you are still hungry anyway. I want to try to discuss the matter with the company office. My assessment can be revised with a reasonable explanation and/or resolution.

I received 2 pieces in my 3 pieces meal, food was placed unorderly in containers, and the service was not good. I chose the wheelchair and waited for 5 minutes outside while I saw that they were in conversation, so I went in and they spoke for maybe 3 minutes before they even acknowledge me once so that I can let them sit behind them, but I had to wait for them to even look at me. I wish I had gone to Cracker Barrel. Great disappointment
