Mcdonald's - Lewistown

So slow!!! I’m got two hot chocolates and waited for like 5-10 min!

Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel. They put a sausage patty on it. This is after making me wait 15 minutes because they pulled me around the building and forgot about me. This is the third time having trouble with this place. Not to mention everybody is very rude and always in a bad mood no matter how polite you are. That'll be the last time they ever get my service.

There was a black girl getting called racial slurs by two white people when I walked in! Absolutely disgusting that we still have people like this in 2023! The girl looked young as well and as she was crying they were still going at it. Walked in and walked straight back out may the lord bless the girl!

There was a manager parked out in front of the driveway and proceeded to call the cops on a guy that came in and asked for his food cuz there was a vehicle parked in the driveway to go around to get the food from the drive-through and she threatened to call the cops and proceeded to call the cops because she was flipping out on him and it's just drama there was a couple times at that my father and I went there we drove around the drive-thru three times and still the order was incorrect

My kids love coming to this McDonald’s as it is the only one in the area that still has a PlayPlace. I have always found the staff to be very kind and helpful. Kid-friendliness: Great for kids as it has the playplace.
