Sonic Drive-in - Lewiston

Food was cold. Not at all what we expected. For the price the food should at least be warm.

The lady taking the order was rude as hell. Don’t work in customer service if you’re just going to be rude :

Will never order here again. Consistently gets orders incorrect, no matter how you place them: drive thru, door dash, even their own app. ESPECIALLY DO NOT ORDER VIA DOOR DASH: according to several employees they never get the actual order so you have to give them your order anyway when you get there. Ordered DoorDash pickup today (1/28/2024). Received a text from DoorDash saying that Sonic had received and confirmed my order. This was false. Not only did they not have my order, when I told them what I ordered they brought out a medium when we had paid for a large. They remade the item but both employees seemed to think that the missing order issue on DoorDash isn't a problem. Food gets a 2 because even when they get your order correct it isn't very good quality at all. Popcorn chicken has a really bad texture, and the last time I ordered a limeade there it made me violently sick. Took a look at the limes inside and they had a bad odor. Service gets a 2 because there are consistent, constant problems, but they do try to make things right when they inevitably screw something up. Atmosphere gets a 1 because they won't even let you order via car-hop anymore unless you are a DoorDash driver, and you can't eat there anymore. Why would you want to go here?

Had to end up getting takeout for my birthday, unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control. The burger patties were dry and disgusting and the burger looked like it had been sat on. Very unappealing and gross to be honest. Fries that were supposedly freshly made tasted like old grease and were limp and gross. This is our second less-than-ideal experience at this Sonic location so will not be going back. So strange because usually Sonics are fairly decent for fast food.
