Prices have skyrocketed. Changed their coupon policies. service is slow. tables are always dirty. Lower quality items.

The beef on my Jr. Bacon cheese burger was extremely thin. My slice of cheese was thicker than the meat patty. I was VERY disappointed ?

Prices are disgusting which explains why the place is empty.. Pretty sad when I take my little for dinner and it cost me $31 for a 7in pizza, a whole Italian, a bag of chips and a drink to share and then they have the balls to ask for a tip too. I can go to DaVinci's with a quiet, peaceful atmosphere and get a gourmet dinner portion meal, a kids meal, 2 drinks with endless refills, rolls, and be waited on for the same price (then I obviously add a tip for the service).

BEWARE. 05/07/2024 I GOT SCAMMED. I ordered a SMALL meatball sub 3extra meatballs 3sausages. Bill came to 28.70 no problem THEN when I picked up tray NO Sausage. I was ok with almost 30.00 for lunch..The nice lady who made meal was going to charge me more. I refuse more . Seriously for a SMALL sandwich what I ordered I didn't want to spend 40.00 for lunch.To the nice gentleman that took order forgot to order the sausage. Why am I leaving a 20-30% tip not getting what I ordered.. I passed Grid Iron could have got a complete meal for under 15/20.00..... Sam's where the meat on Italians is paper thin. I can see why there was only 1 customer there. Should have gone to BK saved 15.00 or Grid Iron got a complete meal for 10-20.00 per meal saved at least 6-8.00 of my .. Sam's where the Italian meat is 1slice paper thin food is cold.. I won't be back....... EDIT:: After Sam's response. No Problem. Today 05/10/2024 I went to Amato's had the same order then some i had all I could do to eat it all it cost 1/2 the price it was hot.

Terrible low quality foods and very overpriced. Honestly I'd never recommend anyone to eat here
