Bidra med feedbackAccording to the app, my food was out for delivery for 45 minutes before it arrived, and half of the items were stone cold when they got here. Which is a shame, this is the second time that I've had this experience this year (close to an hour late, with cold food) after many years of happy service from the restaurant.

Restaurant lied twice regarding delivery saying in app it had been delivered arrived 25 minutes late and cold very disappointed as been a regular customer
The first time I've had bad service from the restaurant in the 5 years I've been ordering from here (have been ordering a takeaway or sitting in at least 10 times a year, sometimes more). However, I'm very unhappy with the order. It arrived more than one hour late, after getting no updates on the app. I called the restaurant to ask for an update and they mumbled something then hung up on me while I was talking. I requested a text update on the app and never got it. The food was stone cold when it eventually arrived.
Still waiting for food to arrive despite calling and them saying it was ten minutes away. Terrible service
