Drinks lasted 45 minutes to arrive and gave us the wrong drinks. we gave up after 1 hour 30 and the cocktails were bland

Eating and drinks were fantastic and punctual! we booked and table was punctual and clean. will be back when in london

The restaurant is really pretty. but when we came to our tables, everything went bad. the tables were sticky, so we asked the waitress to clean the tables. after that, the tables were still sticky, so we took some of the infection cloths. the wipes were brown. after cleaning the tables. eating was partly cold, burned or (as you can see on the picture) already falling apart. the sweetness was obviously out of a box and not fresh. the potato mash was mehlig and the water did not taste nice. one of our cumpels had lipstick on his glass. the desert was okay, but the dishes were dirty our waitress was not very friendly at all. I am disappointed

A party of 4 of us had the pleasure of visiting the Slug and Lettuce, Romford on Sat 2 Feb 1.30. From the moment we walked through the doors we were made to feel welcome. I had reserved a table and was shown to...a booth, which was brilliant. The bar staff are so professional and friendly even advising a friend of mine with their meal! we will certainty be returning! just to add everywhere was spotlessly clean.
