Oh My Cod! - Lewisham

When I provided my feedback to Deliveroo, the restaurant claimed that I had given them the wrong address, which was not true as the address was clearly on the receipt and they had confirmed it when I called. It is disappointing that they tried to shift the blame onto me for their mistake. Additionally, they did not address the poor quality of the food. Despite having a good reputation in the past, I will not be returning to Oh My Cod after this experience.

I've eaten regularly at o my cod. Every time I eat there I phone about 10 minutes before i arrive, so I dont have to wait long for them to cook. Lately however, I ring up and I still have to wait a full 10 minutes for my food. What's the point of ringing if you're not going to put my food in when i ask? Doubt i'll eat there again.

Regularly order fish and chips from here. Consistently good quality and the curry sauce is yum. Waiting times for delivery can vary, I imagine due to how busy they are but I have generally found they deliver on time and sometimes before the time quoted. ‘Real’ chips too (not frozen). Recommended.

The restaurant promised a 40-minute delivery time but it took 2 hours to receive the food. I called after an hour and was told it would arrive in 10 minutes. When I called back 30 minutes later, I was informed that the driver had left the shop 50 minutes ago and then the call was abruptly ended. I called again to cancel the order, and the person on the phone said it was my decision. 10 minutes later, the driver arrived with cold food. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Local fish and chip shop! I wouldn't go anywhere else. The shop is clean, the staff is polite, and the food is delicious. Prices are reasonable.
