There was white rice instead of brown rice and I didnt get my vinaigrette

Forgot half of the toppings, and the chips and guac. This happens everytime. Do not order online

The quality of my local Chipotle has been declining in the last several months. Today our rice was undercooked and found entire stems of cilantro. its usually ok in the store but their online station is consistently either providing incorrect food or subpar quality. its a shame, because my family loves Chipotle.

Rice was hard. Food was cold and meet tough and chewy

I received the wrong order. The receipt attached to the bag had my name on it, but my bowl clearly said another name. I have not had a correct order from Chipotle in years. My order is either missing something or is someone elses entirely. Its really not that hard to put the right food in the correct bag.
