Phat Alberts - Lewisberry

Was an awesome place, then a lil while ago John the owner) passed away. His 3 children, who have their own careers, came together to run it. They were doing a great job. But for the last month or so they've been closed. No clue if they are going to be back. :

Great food but for some reason this is a dead zone for my cell phone (Verizon).

We moved to Lewisberry 1.5 years ago, I've been ordering pizza regularly from Phat Alberts, basically it's our Sunday tradition. The pizza is always late, telling you 45 mins and taking well over an hour. Last week it took 1.5 hrs we were frustrated and starving, after calling the owner was very rushed and rude. I told him that's about it he probably just lost a customer and his response was to hang up the phone. This type of poor customer service is disappointing and I feel an obligation with so many other struggling local businesses that treat customers with respect to suggest people provide their business elsewhere.

It's great pizza if you don't mind a rude owner and 1.5 hour delivery. It's a shame, we like the pizza and have looked past the constant late delivery, but I complained one time and the response from the owner was to hang up on me. I will support other local businesses that treat customers with respect.

The food here is amazing! The staff are kind and courteous, this place is awesome.
