Very rude staff, zero service and if you come in with a little dog they mutter among themselves saying they have to put up a sign to keep them out! Truly a terrible experience! Not recommended!

Excellent croissants and pasticciotti. The service is a little less, the waiting time is above average probably due to the presence of numerous customers in the high season of the summer period. I would recommend an extra employee at the counter, a Public Relations course for those at the checkout who responded impatiently, not very politely, in dialect to some of my requests as a user and with a joke that evidently he did not understand or appreciate: a little of kindness and humor never hurts. I will hardly go back.
