Taco Villa - Levelland

This is the second time in a row that I have asked for a combination burrito with no red sauce and had to take it back because it definitely had red sauce.

The service was extremely slow, took 30 minutes to get my order out. they cleared my order before even making it. Horrible place to eat on a time crunch

ORDERED A CHICKEN AND RICE BURRITO, NO RED SAUCE AND A FRY, (EXTRA CRISPY). WHICH AS SOON AS I PULLED AWAY FROM WINDOW, LOOKED IN BAG AND FRIES WERE SOGGY. WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE. THIS LOCATION MUST NOT HAVE GREAT MANAGEMENT.

If you receive a chalupa through the drive thru that had an incredibly obvious bite taken out of it with teeth marks in the beans and chalupa shell, included. The manager will assure that you are wrong and it's a broken shell. BUT if you show her the obvious teeth marks she WILL let the person who bit your food make you another one, which is nice.

The young male that took my order was very kind and patient .
