Bidra med feedbackI had an excellent opinion on this restaurant in April 2015. since then, this restaurant has completely changed (chef chef, decoration, dishes, prices.) has my great surprise, my opinion is always taken into account. believing that this restaurant wanted to capitalize on old notices. tripadvisor should consider better managing these changes. I hope it's not the issuers' notices that it's up to the request...In October 2016, we have dinner in the new version of this restaurant. the decor is now Scandinavian style, but rather cold. strong and too clear lights, which is not very warm. The seat on the chairs was not on top.We feel that there is a desire to make the dishes wanted, but those were too salty and too fat. desserts were consistent but not very fine. In the end, the addition was also particularly salty with regard to the setting and quality of the dishes. This mandalay has nothing to do with the mandalay before. It is not easy to replace excellence while retaining its name, however nothing prevents us from improving each day to return to it.

Dine like royalty We've dined at Mandalay five or six times now over the past two years. The food is simply outstanding.

We had dinner for the first time in this restaurant after its reopening. We had very well eaten: fresh well-worked products, inventive cuisine, beautiful presentation, excellent wine at reasonable prices...It seems to me that there was before a "gastronomic menu" bcp more expensive than that offered today. So we went back to her firm eyes last night to diner and this time what deception. We chose the formula between/plat/dessert, maybe we should have eaten on the map...I regretted the abundance of bag rockets on the "tomate and red tuna", then the dish made of eggs was coming (bad cooking of eggs, lack of flavor and seasoning of the garnish, the dessert "dried apricotses" We were going to go on a rose at 22-25 euros but we were offered a Corsican rose "in the same price range", invoice in the final 35 euros, or 10 euros more...Finally, and I am absolutely certain, the evian flat water bottle invoices 5 euros was made of tap water! My husband and I only consume bottled water and we immediately alerted by the taste and smell of tap water. the restaurant supplier may be in question on this point. Malgre a first experience is coming back, we will not return again.
