Our stay was an experience of hospitality at its finest. The estate buildings have been restored with care, the grounds have had the same attention to detail. Food and Beverage is worthy of consideration by more discerning palates. Service was outstanding, but not consistent. Individual members of front of house are not achieving the high standards set by their team. This would be the only criticism of the F and B operations.
