Swiss Chalet - Lethbridge

Sunday 6th March 2022 2.40pm Poor service and ignorant staff members. We had to wait for 20 min to order after we've been seated, even though there was only another one table occupied. When we called for someone to place our order, the other waitress looked at us and ignored completely. Very disappointed with a poor service!

Second time here in two years. Second visit was worse than my first two years ago. Food was pricey but acceptable appearance and taste. Service was extremely disappointing. Slow. Took forever to have server come around to take order and forever to get what was ordered. Meals weren’t delivered simultaneously so some of us ate way before others. There were 10 of us. 6 adults 4kids. Server never brought silverware to the table so we Had to get our own silverware which we found on a shelf in the restaurant. I’ve been to the ones in Calgary which were much better but this one in Lethbridge gives Swiss chalet a bad name. I doubt I’ll be back to the Lethbridge outlet.

We arrived at Swiss Chalet at around 5:50 pm August 2nd. Our order was taken around 6 pm. I asked for a cup of tea and around 6:15 she brings me a cup with water and the teabag in it. The tea was already stronger than I like it. Around 6:45 the waitress comes over and says I forgot what you ordered. We reorder our meals and at 7:03 we 've had enough and walk out without our meals. One waitress to serve the whole restaurant. That is the last time we ever go to Swiss Chalet in Lethbridge. We ended up going to A&W and got better service.

Ordered two dinners chicken was still pink and inedible. It took over an hour so you would think that you could at least cook it. Also ordered chocolate chip cookies and got cinnamon mini donuts my son is allergic to cinnamon. Now wasted over $50 on an inedible meal and they don’t answer their phone. Complete trash

Called and checked what time they seat people until. It was 9. My wife and daughter arrived there at 8:30 and they would not seat them, even though the restaurant closes at 10. I don’t know if the staff was just being lazy, but absolutely would not recommend and won’t be going back. Absolute garbage for a Friday night
