Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely the worst DQ I have ever eaten, they work in snails step and the food comes either cold or tastes like plastic. And yes, I know that the fast food is and I can't really expect much, but I have absolutely higher expectations than... what they offer. Also “fast food” goes out the window when you sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes and you only have a car in front of you. Also ridiculous. Case in point, please see attached picture of my micro chicken wrap. It's like Waf!
I hardly know where to start with what was wrong. When I arrived, I was second in the order, so I thought this was not too bad as it was a Friday night. But we waited for over 10 minutes, although there were people on both roads, without recognition. No, “care, we will be with you,” or something along these lines. The person at one to do something that seemed to be a tablet device, and not even up. Interesting was that several Skip The Dishes drivers came and went with their orders during this time. Maybe. I should have said there was a problem of the 8 or so that people standing around wait for their orders. After all, the Lord gave up before me and went, and after that I should have done it, as I waited five minutes before the employee looked up and said, "I take the next person." I gave my order, two Burger combos. The employee took my payment, and then left the until to help the other employees with it until, although there is not a customer in it. I stood there waiting for a few minutes, and my employee came back and asked what I needed. I replied that I wished my change, a reception or something with my order number and would let them know what my drinks should be. As soon as she changed, she filled my drinks and placed them next to my order form, which was on the front counter next to 6 or 8 other cards. Of course, the line behind me was literally out of the doors. I waited more than 25 minutes for my order. Two burgers, two pommes, two drinks (already cast), how hard can that be? I couldn't help but watch another customer who had waited for his order before I arrived. After a few minutes, an employee came out of the back and said to the guy, "Here is your Sundae sir." The guy answered and said he had ordered for the recording, and had not yet received his meal. The writer then offered to put his sunset in his back and see his order. He was waiting for his food for 10 minutes. When my food finally came, another employee gave it up and asked me if I would get my drinks. I said they were on the front counter. The fries were cold and the burgers were even more. The food had obviously been in transit for a considerable time. The burger meat was also really dry, obviously precooked and warmed or heated again. Either way, a 40 minutes waiting for poor and cold food is not acceptable. The most worrying was the lack of concern or urgency on the part of staff. Either they were in any kind of work to govern campaign, or had lost all hope or reason to worry about because none of them looked like they would enjoy their day in any way.
My wife has a mushroom cheeseburger for me today. She ordered extra mushrooms and sauces and additional cheese. I'd hate to see one of them they call regularly. There were about 4 pieces of hard mushroom and barely a sauce and a piece of cheese on it. The extras cost $1.65 more, that's ridiculous for what there was. The frits had been cooked for a long time because they were hard and cold. A Burger and Fritten $12.74????? I don't recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone and we'll come back NIE.
Very long waiting times, cold food, but cheap. You also need to check your order, they have forgotten items more than once. Food is for very old or perhaps those who recover from the great operation.
We stopped at this DQ today for the first time for lunch and the mushroom cheeseburger was excellent .Definitely not something you can eat with one hand though., but the fries were tough and not very fresh. My wife had a chicken salad and was...surprised at the large size and how fresh and crisp it was.The girl (Jessica F. spoke clearly over the intercom and I could actually understand what she was saying. When we got to the window she greeted us with a smile and talked to us, not at us. Overall, the service was fast and the food was good. From our experience, I would recommend this Dairy Queen to everyone and we 'll probably be back again.
