Boston Pizza - Lethbridge

Love the quality of the wings and fantastic service. I always turn my sauce to the side to control how much I want. I get honey garlic and hot sauce to the side.

When we arrived, the restaurant was very loud, and the bar was much worse. Because it is a sports bar that was to be expected. Friends had burgers and they were delicious. We had lasagna and normally the lasagna is very hot, for baked lasagna... it wasn't.

We had a fantastic experience once again at Westside Boston Pizza. The staff went above and beyond and truly impressed us. The children enjoyed the kids menu, with a great variety of options and the opportunity to make their own sundaes. We called ahead for a table for 17 and they were able to accommodate us within 30 minutes, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The chicken tacos were a highlight for me, and the ribs and wings dinner was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the gourmet pasta options on Pasta Tuesday, which were a great deal and very tasty. The nacho platter was huge, but that didn't stop us from taking home some of their amazing desserts. Be sure to try the chocolate explosion dessert. Although we last visited in January, we usually go to this restaurant about every other week. We have been loyal customers since it first opened. It is a fantastic spot to bring the whole family. They have a fun children's menu that includes sundaes with a variety of toppings. Whether you're in the mood for pizza, nachos, wings, or steak, there is something on the menu to satisfy everyone. The wait staff are excellent at making families with young children feel welcomed. We are very impressed with the dedication of the owners and management to ensure that your family dining experience is enjoyable and exceptional. Steve really goes above and beyond, which is why we continue to return. Last year, they went out of their way to accommodate our group of 19, providing 3 high chairs and several booster seats. Despite the potential for chaos, the wait staff were attentive and patient. Thank you again, Steve, for making our family reunion dinner such a wonderful experience.

The title kind of says it all. We get seated told about the pasta Tuesday and basically just sit there. There are 5 seated tables and two leave. A waiter is cleaning tables around us doesn’t say if he’s our waiter or acknowledge our presents....Two servers are talking in the corner. ??? After 10 mins we just leave. For having 5 servers, 2 hostesses on shift and not be noticed? I couldn’t believe it. Service used to be good. Maybe things are changing for the worst.
