Bidra med feedbackOne night on a business trip, I left my wireless headphones in the room. Of course when I called I was told that the headphones were not there! I deplore the fact that a charming hotel is not polite to its customers! No need to respond to this comment by telling me that they weren't there, I know full well that they remained on the bed when I left! A word of advice: if you stay in this hotel, make sure you don’t forget anything when you leave! Rooms: 3
Very nice establishment, warm and friendly welcome Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value
The room is quite small as is the bathroom where you don't need to be very tall to fit into the shower cubicle. The bedding is quite comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom are clean even if everything seems dilapidated. The breakfast is very good, there are sweet and savory options, fruits and fruit juices. Anything I like. The staff is very friendly. For the restaurant: The salmon gravlax only had the name gravlax, no marinade, no pink berries and dill, in short smoked salmon, that's all. For the Ardéchois meat tartare, the meat was white which indicates a lot of nerve and at this level I was not disappointed... no seasoning (ketchup, English sauce and no Tabasco... Parmesan. ..it was the crusts of the cheese that I left on the edge of the plate...they must have seen it in the kitchen...and the dish of the day, the parsley liver, was way overcooked to the point of burnt... the tiramisu as a starter was a failure, much too liquid and gelatin at the bottom... in short... we didn't like it even though the staff were smiling and professional... the problem came from the kitchen.
Food in the restaurant was horrible. Tuna was well-done which should never be the case and too salty. Meat was also no good. The night after the dinner I threw up.
I come here every year when I pass through the region. A 3-minute walk from the center of a small, lively town, it is a very quiet place. For two or alone, I prefer rooms on the first floor overlooking the courtyard and the garden, where I like to have breakfast and an aperitif. Reception and all staff very attentive and kind. Only one problem: during the season you have to book. Rooms: 5
