Eating at the caviste may seem original, but perfectly logical. All good wine cellar offers a good bread, a small meat and cheese to accompany the tasting of good wines. Even if this sign is a franchise, the mother house is a group of winemakers who have been operating for a certain time and can give hope to a particular attention to quality and tradition. So the place is not super hot, in a modern building without soul, but the service is very professional, courteous and discreet. The formula is simple, no card, no menu: an entry, a dish and a dessert (announced in advance on the site) to which one can add a cheese tray. All this is watered from the wines of the house, glass or bottle, without a cap. The entrance, the goose rillettes, was succulent and the dish, a cajun chicken, excellent. In this city rather dominated by kebabs and fast foods, it is a good table to remember. Careful, closed on Sunday.
