Bidra med feedbackFriendly attentive staff, but we were the only people dining at 7pm! Asked for an omelette but not possible, and didn’t want to pay €15 for a salad (when French salads are invariably just dressed leaves and a bit of tomato). Tartiflette sans lardons was good, but steep at €18 and they weren’t exactly generous with the accompanying salad and bread. Trout with frites was OK but lacking excitement or much flavour- at €22 that was very expensive. House wine ceraffe good.
We stopped there because we had a car breakdown, we were very well welcomed by the nice staff. The atmosphere was country and mountain style. Very confortable. The food was good, a surprising paté with meat and carrots , and tasty local food, home made and local ingredients. Will go there again if we go by.
Staff keen to help and pleased when we were happy; meals all made completely on site with use of local produce. The best that the Jura can offer.
Went here for a menu of the day, there was a buffet of starters with a few salads, a bit of charcuterie and hard boiled eggs, ok. Then we had a bit of fish with a so-called beurre blanc (that wasn't a real one), aubergines in tomato sauce and potatoes that had been boiled and then fried in a pan. Decent selection of cheeses, and then I took a dessert à la carte which cost nearly the same price as the whole menu. A mille feuilles with 3 homemade biscuits, chantilly cream and a few raspberries and redcurrants, a bit of raspberry coulis, nothing terribly exciting. The staff were ok, the decor is ok.
De bon produits et un services sympathique. Le menu jurassien est agréable mais manque d une pointe d imagination. La truite au Savagnin est bonne mais les arômes du Savagnin sont pratiquement absents. Pour le reste nous avons passé un agréable moment.
