Long service, the dishes arrived cold. There's a shortage of staff. servers are too small and are not magicians!!! type of meal: lunch

I ate last Sunday in this restaurant. I was served by Sabrina who was very pleasant, smiling and dynamic throughout the service. She deserves her year-end gift. On the other hand it was cold in the restaurant and suddenly the dishes cooled quickly. You should be served in hot plates.
