LE CENTRAL - Les Déserts

Until January 2019 this restaurant was great, but this year because of new management and new cook, the 2 foods we ordered quality and quantity of food were too bad.

Local restaurant with (winter and summer) a perfect sunny terrace for those who want to enjoy the sun while eating. Interiors, the dining room and the bar area are divided, making a good distribution of noise levels. Food is produced locally, honest mountain food and after... one day out. Service is efficient, with a sense of humor and should be service.

We went there many times, first for coffee then for beer and lunch. the quiche was delicious, homemade food. Very nice relaxed atmosphere. also for drinks. Central, his name is well deserved.

Apero at the bar and a very good meal in the restaurant room. homemade tartiflette and well received gourmet tea. We had a good time with our colleagues.

Malgré l'accueil et les efforts chaleureux de la serveuse, 1 heure d'attente pour être servi (la salle était loin d'être bondée), nous sommes allés aux informations suite à une odeur de brûlé persistante (si l'explication était venue spontanément celà aurait un peu changé notre impression), sauce de salade industrielle, hamburger gras ... Bref, la note est salée pour une prestation médiocre
