A very special place, an unexpected encounter under the castle of Leporano. A careful, innovative cuisine that respects tradition by enhancing its raw materials. Sea appetizers not exaggerated, moistened by the sacred oil of Puglia, presented with garb by Laura, the travel companion of this experience. Crunchy risotto, unpredicted fried and already peeled, tuna in crust to the sensor of malt and ginger. A creamy sprinkled in orange juice spikes with many bubbles of local wine makers to underline their flavors. I count honest and equal to quality. We will certainly reiterate, wherever Laura and her chef decide to move, to give us new emotions.

A very pleasant discovery, small but welcoming place, really good service, but what really amazes are the dishes, of excellent quality in the right quantities and well packed. A place to discover and taste calmly.
