Fast service, good ice cream, even better prices. All around great.

The customer service at this restaurant is subpar. The manager was uncooperative and unpleasant. It was frustrating to deal with the issues regarding the sunshade, and it took a lengthy argument to get it resolved. It wasn't until recently that we finally received what was promised. If you're looking for a meal or some ice, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

They made an error on UberEats by pricing their cookie pizza at 1.23 each. I ordered 2, but 15 minutes later they removed them from the site. I received a call from a restaurant employee who informed me they could not honor the mistake and advised me to cancel and reorder correctly next time. The employee was arrogant and a bit rude. It would have been better if they had honored the mistake they made.

I took my two children to this restaurant because the cashier didn't seem very friendly. I ordered a Reese's layered sundae but it was made with Reese's pieces instead of peanut butter drizzle, as they were out of cups. The sundae didn't look like the picture on the menu board. The Reese's pieces were supposed to be layered, but they were just on top. My children ordered single scoops but only received one scoop each. Overall, it was not a fun experience and I would have asked for a refund if I could.

They were insistent about the toppings that were supposed to come with the sundae, causing a lot of back-and-forth arguing before we received what was included. By the time we got our order, the ice cream had started melting. If you plan on getting food or ice cream here, I suggest going somewhere else.
