Quite pretty setting and neat decor is what initially motivated us to book. We were received , brought to the table, without giving the card, without saying a word. After very long minutes of waiting and several attempts to attract attention, someone finally came to give us the card and left without asking if we wanted drinks, despite our calls. Very cold and haughty service staff. Correct food, nothing more, quite simple. This is the first and surely the last visit. Obvious lack of staff.
Few days ago we came to Memphis with a friend for lunch and were very outraged by the service and the attitude towards the guests. We ordered California rolls and tartare for a starter and waited for them for 30-40 minutes. The other tables that came after us have already got the main course. I asked the waiter to check when everything will be ready, he said ' ' okay ' and brought the bill. Realizing that there was a misunderstanding, I once again asked to check when the STARTERS would be ready because tartare and California rolls cannot be cooked for so long. To all this, the waiter winked at me, said 5 minutes and ran his hand over my shoulder. Then I didn 't understand what was going on at all, because why was he touched my shoulder. It was an act of rudeness and extreme disrespect for personal boundaries. Later it turned out that he was also the manager of this Restaurant. The starters have finally arrived. I asked the general manager to come over and we discussed the situation. Their general manager came, I explained the situation to him, and we were just offered dessert. We said we didn 't want any desserts, to which he said Okay and left. Has he apologized to us for this situation? HAHAHHAHAHA, of course not. The funny thing is that ketchup and mayonnaise were brought to us for STARTERS, as we finished them, they were taken away, but they were not brought to burgers with fries. Even though we asked twice. It was clear that lunch and the mood were already ruined, we asked for the bill. This manager was passing by. We asked him for the bill, to which he looked at us with contempt and walked past. A waitress came up, took the main course, and we asked her for the bill, she also forgot. As a result, after 2 requests, we had to ask the general manager to bring us the invoice, and finally, we got it. This restaurant is highly not recommended not only for tourists but also for locals. Because, having visited many different countries, no one has ever allowed himself to touch the guests. I 've never encountered this before. Just in case, the restaurant was not full of guests
Great experience I recommend the truffle risotto the atmosphere is warm and the staff pleasant an air of Italy
Great spot for a lunch on the terrace , if sunny even better !! Love the evening apero with Rosita signing she always sets a great energy to the room !
