S/t - Lenox

My experiences dining at Wheatleigh S/T bistro have been numerous. America, our server, is fantastic and the food is always exceptional. However, during a recent lunch visit, we encountered a few issues and called to address them. Unfortunately, our conversation with Kiana, who answered the phone, was unpleasant and condescending. The restaurant manager, Molly, was also unhelpful and dismissive. There was no effort made to rectify the situation beyond a generic promise to "look into it." This lack of professionalism was disappointing, especially for a high-end restaurant and resort. Everyone has bad days, but it's important for customer service to remain consistent.

The food, service, and atmosphere were amazing! We had the pleasure of sitting outside by a table fire while we waited for our reservation. We were served cocktails, nuts, and olives.
