Burger King - Lenox

The restaurant has slow service, somewhat unfriendly staff, and an atmosphere that seems more focused on quirky names than actual quality. I would not recommend this place and suggest that the manager should make some improvements, if they hope to have any returning customers.

I called them to inquire about their hours of operation, and the person who answered told me to check their website.

Lately, they have been getting my orders correct and providing excellent customer service.

Tonight they did an excellent job. Everything was well coordinated and they are working hard to ensure that all orders are top quality. Their dedication definitely shines through in their service.
