Firehouse Subs - Lenoir

I eat at this place all the time always get excellent service and excellent food but for some reason today it's about one o'clock and I don't know the girls here just seem to make me a so so sandwich. They're not the usual ones I have seen here though maybe they are new.1pm fri

Went there once and got a brisket sub to go. It was a fat sandwich threw it away. Have never been back. Seems like a lot of the chain restaurants are good till they come to Lenoir.

Food is great, Wait can still be a little long, but has much been improved. Still order ahead to avoid any wait.

Normally this place is great. But this visit was… different. They weren’t busy so I don’t understand how they didn’t think to wipe the knife from a previous sandwich, before cutting mine. My sandwich did not have tomato sauce. I know it’s not that big a deal but it makes you wonder what else they can’t be bothered to wipe off or what other processes get ignored. Think I’m going to hold off on visiting this location for a bit. Give them a chance to get better trained.

Very slow service. I Waited wayyy too long for 3 subs and the guy at the counter not knowing how to work a cash register didn't help.
