Papa Johns Pizza - Lenoir City

Pizza not cut had to rip apart, and made such a mess, tasted good but just wasn't able to split evenly , cookie pie was overcooked but cold, so I assume it had been sitting for awhile .

The workers are flat out rude I have held off on doing this given them many times to correct the mistake but this is the last time I call over something not being done correctly and each time I have called they are rude to me arguing with me over what some pizza and wings that they couldn’t get right. There is no need to be rude to your customers for y’all’s mistakes and ik mistakes happen but being rude over it is not ok I work fast food my self and ik if someone was to call my store and I said well to bad or that it’s their fault that they forgot something I would be in trouble NEED MORE POLITE EMPLOYEES and I should have gone to marryville papa John’s where the wings actually have sauce on them

Ordered our usual WORKS pizza. Was told it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. Arrived at Lenoir City, TN location 15 minutes after placing order. Was given a cold, dry pizza. First time disappointed at this location. Plan to order from different place next time!

We encountered one of the worst customer service issues we have ever seen with this one. they were incredibly rude to my 59 year old disabled mother. and when I tried to call to get the conflict resolved, the manager robert was incredibly rude to me as well, said we were all lying and was just terrible. I recorded the entire thing.
