Papa Johns Pizza - Lenoir City

The staff at this restaurant is extremely unpleasant. I have given them multiple chances to correct their mistake, but this will be the last time. Every time I have called to address an issue with my order, they have been argumentative and disrespectful. It is unnecessary to treat customers poorly for mistakes that are made by the establishment. I work in fast food myself, and I know that if I were to respond to a customer in the same manner, I would face consequences. The restaurant needs to hire more polite employees. I regret not going to the Papa John's in Maryville, where the wings are made correctly with sauce.
