Bidra med feedbackDeval in customer service was extremely patient and helpful with my membership issue. I 'd just gotten my new membership card yesterday, and by today I 'd lost it! Trying to resolve the issue today by phone was very frustrating,, with a lot of time on hold. Coming to the store was the best thing to do.After being a Costco member for forever, and just a now-and-then Sam 's member, it 's a little confusing getting used to Sam 's again. One thing I do like better than at Costco is they have signage at the ends of every aisle, so you know what the heck is down that aisle, without having to physically go down EVERY aisle to find any category! But it 's going to take me a minute to learn Sam 's check out procedures, and they are every inch a big box store visually. Although Costco recently adopted Sam 's abysmal no display clothing system, so all you see are unidentified piles of clothes on table after table, it remains to be seen which company 's set up is worse. I was very surprised to learn (after I had already signed up) that Sam 's basic membership does NOT include access to any benefit like member pricing or discounts in their vision, hearing, and pharmacy departments. Costco 's basic membership includes all that.
Went in and got my groceries perfectly fine. went to the cafe to get the pizza combo the line wasn't long at all thought it would be quick. i ended up waiting 50 minutes in line, while waiting i heard the manager go on her walkie and just say they needed someone else over there and just walked off, obviously she didn't care enough to actually get someone over there or else i wouldn't have waiting for as long as i did. The lady taking orders constantly rolled her eyes at multiple people while they were ordering and then the workers stopped everything they were doing to pick up their grub hub order. Absolute terrible customers service and workers overall.
I've applied for the same position here twice a year apart did the application and their 15 minute survey each time I showed up prepared to be interviewed and they tell me the position isn't available I understand they probably filled it but BOTH times they could have had the decency to reach out and cancel the interview or maybe ask if I wanted a different position instead of me wasting my time and gas to get there The second interview was just supposed to be a free for all job fair interview but they actually reached out personally to have me come in and sit down for a more personal interview vs the job fair they were holding and still ! Didn't have the position I applied for !! Like wtf was the point ! Highly recommend not applying here bunch of games and a waste of time Their pay on site is also different when you ask in person
Carts are never brought in and will back up and block traffic. Trash everywhere. I once saw cardboard covering up a liquid on the floor vs it actually being cleaned.
This is about pickup orders. I pay a $100 fee per year for free shipping and pickup. What is the point of you scheduling when you want to pick I if yo have to wait almost 2 hours to get your order. This is frustrating when you have other things they you need to do and you plan so this fits in with your plans. I was ready to cancel my $300 order.
